This is a Special Program “Sri Lankan Food Festival” Sponsored by PBC  friends & devotees. A wonderful opportunity to taste authentic Sri Lankan cuisine. Sri Lankans from across Pennsylvania and Ohio will come together to present a wide variety of authentic, home-cooked Sri Lankan  dishes including Variety of Rice, Fish (Ambulthiyal – Special Sri Lankan Preperation) Dhal (a lentil curry), Potatoes (Ala Thel Dala), Mallum ( chopped Greens with Coconut),  Polos Curry (Young Jack Fruit), Pol Sambol (Shredded Coconut sambol), Papadam  and desserts.

Tickets  Adults $24, Children $10, for buffet dinner which includes variety of desserts, tea, coffee and soft drinks. Stations are set up for freshly cooked Hoppers and Koththu Roti and a variety of Sri Lankan Pastries are available for purchase.
