Is it alright to join meditation sessions with little knowledge on Buddhism and meditation? And is the weekly meditation aimed towards collective consciousness or inner self? A man came to my work before meditation session today and he shared a great deal with me. A lot of what he told me, is how i have been viewing myself and my hope for the world as i know it. I believe this happened for a reason, I believe its what i have been searching for.
