“When you cannot go outside, go inside.” Let us skillfully use this challenging
time for inner growth. Our annual meditation retreat has now been transformed
into one-day online retreat. Bhante Yogavacara Rahula from Lion of Wisdom
Meditation Center, Gaithersburg, MD will guide us for a fruitful practice. This
online retreat is open to practitioners of all levels. It will include basic instructions,
Dhamma talks, guided meditation in sitting, standing and walking and simple yoga
movements.
Please prepare a quiet room with a cushion or chair and a yoga mat (optional) and
be ready to spend a day of mindfulness and spiritual joy.
