When would be the best time to plan a visit?

Hello, My name is Alex Lucas and I am currently pursuing my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.  In one of my classes, Culture and Identy, we are supposed to immerse ourselves in a culture outside of our own, and the culture surrounding Buddhism has always been something that has interested me.  If there is a better way to plan this or contact you please let me know, but I would definitely be interested in planning a visit that would not only assist with this assignment but also learn more about your culture and center.  Thanks, Alex

Hi Alex Lucas You may come to our Wednesday meditation class at 7 pm. There you will be able to meet monks and people who practice meditation. You can experience a meditation session as well. After the session, you will be able to talk to monks and other practitioners briefly. However, if you need a longer conversation, you may call our center and make an appointment. Thank you and wish you growth in your spiritual practice with metta (Loving Kindness)
