I have recently completed a 10-day course in Vipassana meditation, and wish to continue regularly to meditate alone and in groups in that tradition. Would Vipassana meditation be congruent with the types of meditation you do?
In our weekly meditation session, we conduct two types of meditation, that is, Loving Kindness meditation and meditation on breathing. We also incorporate Vipassana techniques to our meditation practice. It is only 30 minutes long and then we also have chanting, discussion and a blessing service.
